The rooms are brand-new and impeccable where very spacious, so that guests have essentials. It has affable and accommodating staff members who came to clean the room at my request. Location is marvellous and easy, to everything you want to see in Orlando.

The room was brand-new, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The location was perfect and easy, the staff were amicable. Had lunch/dinner at Pizza Hut, which I found relatively close to the hotel.

Brand-new and great-sized rooms where very spacious, and clean pool. Central heating, flat-screen television, and a microwave oven were convenient. Perfect and great location just off the theme parks, and Star Island, could not be better.

I recently stayed at a fantastic resort in Kissimmee and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, making it easy to visit both Disney World and Universal Studios. The resort itself was well-maintained, with a secure entrance and friendly staff. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, including karaoke, mini golf, tennis, and bingo. The pool area was also very nice and relaxing. this was one of the best places I've stayed at.

The staff provided good service, always being friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the breakfast options, which were tasty and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel offered great facilities, such as pools and karaoke, which added to our overall experience.

There were some issues with the check-in process, causing a bit of inconvenience during our stay.
